1. The product

AkixTek sells software tools and information for traders. A license grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the software for the paid period on your own accounts.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing we provide is investment advice, a signal, or a promise of results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and account outcomes, including failed evaluations. Tools may contain bugs or lag behind rule changes; they do not replace your own checking of your firm's current rules.

3. Payment

Payment is in USDT on the networks shown at checkout. A license is issued only after the transaction is confirmed on-chain to our address for at least the listed price. Send the exact network/asset shown; funds sent on a wrong network or token may be unrecoverable. Underpayments can be topped up using the same order.

4. Acceptable use

No resale, sharing or reverse-engineering of license keys; no use for unlawful purposes. We may revoke licenses used abusively.

5. Sanctions

We do not sell to persons or entities in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions or on sanctions lists.

6. Warranty and liability

Software is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for trading losses or lost profits.
