• 7-day guarantee on technical failure: if the paid software cannot be made to work on a supported platform and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the price paid.
• Change of mind: licenses are digital and delivered instantly; refunds for change of mind are not guaranteed, but we review requests made within 7 days of purchase if the license was not activated.
• Not refundable: losses or failed evaluations while using the tool (we are a tool, not a guarantee), wrong-network or wrong-token transfers.
• How: email [email protected] with your order ID. Refunds are paid in USDT to the address you send from (network fees deducted), normally within 14 days of approval.

Overpayments are noted on your order; contact us with the order ID to arrange the difference.
