What we collect

• Email address or Telegram ID — only if you give it to receive a license, updates or support.
• Order data: order ID, product, amount, blockchain transaction ID and timestamp (public on-chain data).
• Basic server logs (IP address, user agent) kept for security and abuse prevention, for up to 30 days.

What we never ask for

We never ask for your broker, MT4/MT5 or prop-firm passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or identity documents. If anyone claiming to be us asks, it is not us.

How we use it

To deliver and validate licenses, answer support, and send service notices (e.g. license expiry). We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers strictly needed to run the service (e.g. email delivery, hosting).

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at [email protected]; on-chain data cannot be erased.

If we use analytics we prefer privacy-friendly, cookie-less tools; this page will be updated if that changes.
